I didn't post yesterday. I was quite tired and I had a lot to do. I'll tell you a bit about it. So I didnt get much sleep the night before yesterday, I slept very little and I tossed and turned at all. That night my psychosis and some depression were very much there, I was aware of that. Went to sleep at about 9, got up at 3am. That isnt soo bad actually, especially since I can nap a bit more in he morning or noon. My dad just had to rush up and ask me 5 times to tell him the truth and I said that I slept. My dad wakes me up and the first thing he tells me to do is to clean my room finally even though he told me off about it crazily last night.
